How the PROEAR 2000 works:
The uniform ear cups fit over the ears and form a watertight seal once properly positioned. Air is pushed into the ear cups through connecting tubing via non-returning valves by exhaling through the nose into the facemask. This allows the diver to easily equalize the pressure in the ear cups before it ever reaches the eardrums. In essence, the mask, ear cups and indeed the entire respiratory system become a "closed circuit" equalized air pressure system.
