Buy Vortex Crystal Diabolo (Yell) - Triple Bearing Clutch Diablo - w/ Metal Hand Sticks For Sale.
- The Vortex Crystal is a medium sized, triple bearing, rubber diabolo. Like the Sundia Fly and Shining, the Vortex Crystal diabolo uses a wide axle fitted with a one way bearing, making finger grinds and long complicated string tricks much easier to complete due to its prolonged spin time.
- A flashier brother to the original Vortex, the Crystal boasts a firmer cup that allows even faster, longer spin times. It also looks great with an LED kit (sold separately).
- As you can only spin the diabolo in one direction some people find it easier to learn with. It is also much easier to get the diabolo spinning really fast as you can wrap the string a couple of times round the axle without fear of tangles.
- There are, however, a few downsides. 1. Unlike conventional fixed axle diabolos the axle will need replacing once the bearings wear out. 2. Elevator tricks (magic string climb) are impossible.
- Aluminium hand sticks are thin and smooth so great for grinds. They are strong and durable and are suitable for all skill levels. These diablo sticks measure 32cm in length and weigh just 86g.
